David C. Wells is content and copy writer who focuses on legal writing. He has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2002, and has a background in family, employment, and business law, as well as general civil litigation. He has helped people address elder law and elder care issues, both in his professional and personal lives. Mr. Wells obtained his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, and has a B.A. in history from Rice University in Houston. He has two dogs who compete with his writing for his attention.
