Through Meals on Wheels, homebound seniors can access diabetic- and heart-friendly meals on a daily delivery basis. A nutritionist prepares a rotating menu made up of fresh, hot meals that provide 650–800 calories each. Soft and pureed options are available for individuals who face challenges with chewing and/or swallowing. Eligible clients may receive county funding toward the cost of meals. Another program run by the organization provides frozen meals and soup, while a third helps seniors with grocery shopping.

ITNLehighValley focuses on providing affordable rides to adults aged 60 and older, as well as visually impaired individuals. Rides are available around the clock and are not limited to specific purposes. Along with transportation, the organization's drivers provide arm-in-arm assistance with getting from door to door, and they can help with packages. Rides take place in private automobiles. The organization also offers a program through which seniors can donate or trade their cars in exchange for rides.

The Diocese of Allentown's Older Adult Services program helps city seniors with case management, needs assessments and completing forms, and professional counseling is available.
