The Humboldt Transit Authority operates the Dial-A-Ride Service, an on-demand, shared-ride public transit program, also known as ADA paratransit. The application process involves verification of a qualifying disability by a licensed healthcare provider such as a physician, occupational or physical therapist, nurse or social worker.
