City & County of Honolulu Elderly Affairs Division provides a Kapuna Caregiver program that offers adult day care services. To receive these services, the recipient must be 60 years of age and older and not able to successfully perform the activities of daily living. The program provides supervision, meals, social interaction, mental stimulation and physical exercise to all who qualify.
