Operated by the Sandusky Transit System, Dial-A-Ride is an on-demand, shared-ride public transit service that seniors can use to travel to and from destinations throughout Sandusky and Erie County. The curb-to-curb service operates Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and all vehicles are wheelchair-accessible. Riders must call ahead to reserve their ride, and a one-way fare is $5. Paratransit service is also available within 3/4 of a mile of all STS routes for those who can't use the regular fixed-route bus service due to disability.
