An affiliate of Sutter Health and a WellBe Health PACE program, Stockton PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is available to seniors residing in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties. Adults over the age of 55 with Medi-Cal are eligible to receive all PACE services for free. Members registered with the Stockton PACE program benefit from personalized care services and access to medical coverage along with meals and social events at the organization’s community center.
