Stepping On Fall Prevention Program
Stepping On is a fall prevention program initiated by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. It helps build confidence and reduce fall risks in cognitively intact seniors aged 60 and older who can move independently on their own or with the use of mobility aids and who have had a fall within the last year or have a fear of falling. Interactive workshops include moving about safely, bone health, home hazards, medication and good sleeping habits.
