Multi-Service Center Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program The ombudsman program enlists the help of volunteer ombuds to advocate for seniors in long-term care facilities. Volunteer ombuds are certified and work to ensure residents in nursing homes, assisted living communities and adult care homes know their rights and receive proper care.
