I recently had surgery on my SI Joint. My recovery planincluded the health team from Activa. Home health.I was very pleased with the professional services I received during my recovery. The home nurse Anna was very helpful. She always called and arrived on time. She provided both emotional and health support.The Physical Therapists Carey and Andrew utilized their skills to motivate me to be an active participant in my recovery.Thank you Debbie Lazarus
