ALLY is a dangerous company. They were recommended by UT Southwestern after my mother returned home after a major surgery. from the beginning ALLY was disorganized, unresponsive, and unskilled. One nurse couldn't draw blood. Another, Wendy, showed up after returning to work shortly after a car accident which involved a head injury. She was slurring her words and seemed dazed. When questioned as to her fitness, she became belligerent. We called ALLY to complain and the supervisor was unhelpful. Shortly after this, nurses simply stopped showing up, even when it was necessary that my mother's blood be taken on schedule in order to insure her TPN nutrition be correct. If you care about a loved one, do not use ALLY.
