The intake nurse was rude and did not listen to any of my answers to her questions. Kept looking at her phone everytime it chimed for an incoming message. The first nurse my father had never called to let me know when he would be there. Any time I had questions he never gave me a straight answer. Made the relationship very difficult and added stress to an already stressful experience. Finally requested a different nurse. She was better. Unfortunately as my father was actively passing this nurse was on call. He was there and again would not answer my simple questions. Have me ridiculous answers that I knew were not true. I tried to speak to his supervisor and she never called back. While there are some good employees this one nurse made it a place that I would not use again.
