Awful, poor management, do not maintain building, fix nothing, just cover it up. My windows leak, with rain pouring in when it storms and sweat and freeze with inches of ice in the winter. If I had somewhere else to go, I would.

Today is Thanksgiving and I can't enjoy this day because of the my neighbor's horrible smoking odor in my kitchen. I'm so tired of his disgusting smell, I feel nauseated and keep getting headaches because of the bad smell of the weed or cigarettes he's smoking. I would advise anyone, if you don't like the smell of secondhand smoke, don't even think about moving here. The Management don't care about the health and wellbeing of their residents.

I live @ Archer Senior Resident , which is now managed by POAH COMMUNITIES . Since they have took over we have had several plumbing problems and have not had AC since August 28, 2020 and this was not the first time. June the AC broke down for a couple of weeks and in July. This has been the worst summer ever to live here. It is extremely hot in these apartments in the winter, so in the summertime without AC, it is extremely uncomfortable. Today was one of those days and the rest of this week it will be unseasonably warm and no AC. Oh I forgot they delivered a memo to let us know that would be increasing our rent by the renewal date.

Archer Senior Resident 2928 S. Archer Ave Managed by East Lake Management, is the most horrible place to live. I have lived here for 11years and instead of getting better it has gotten the worse ever.I have written many letters of complaint over the years and nothing has been done about them. My problem and many other residents have suffered from second hand smoking from our neighboring residents for years. The answer they give us is this is not a smoke free building, or we could move. My kitchen is the worst place to me when my neighbor is home next door to me. I burn multiples candles, spray air freshners, turn on the stove exhaust, use a portable fan, air cleaner and nothing works. I have to put on a mask to be in my kitchen in order to cook or whatever chores I have to do in there. Along with his smoke odor, his bad body odor is in my cabinets and it gets in my nose and stays there.l have multiples headaches and I am so frustrated with the manager here in the building , she is a smoker, so she don't care. Why do I have to and many others in this building are suffering from this same issue. What can we do about it, accept move? This is a Senior Building and the only thing they care about is collecting the rent on time. Also, I need new carpeting and new tile in kitchen and bathroom. And also the whole hallway on this floor smells bad all the time, there are 7 smokers on my floor and many others on all the floors in the building.
