They were great in the beginning, but once they got us it was downhill, especially when my loved one became more dependent. ( Nice place for folks that are independent, or mostly independent. Nice facilities but not a great location for walking.) They put on a good show for newcomers. There are few people that actually care about your loved ones - stay in the picture, and be vigilant. Do not leave valuables in the place. There is high turnover of employees at every level - as a result there were many highs and lows. My loved one lived there 5 years until he passed in December and they managed to lose 3 big boxes of his possessions instead of handing them over to me. Now I have nothing to remember him by, not even a trinket. ????

Well I can say Daniel did a good job helping us get my mom into the facility. But now that's she's there I've found a few things that bothers me such as every time I call to check on my mother no one answers the phone, every time we go to visit my mother's room smells horrible because she doesn't remember to flush the toilet so just imagine how long poop & urine has been sitting in the toilet apparently no one is checking on my mother I thought the housekeepers were suppose to clean the restroom we clean the restroom every time we visit apparently the CNA's nor the housekeepers are doing their job all we ask is for them to flush her toilet. She has the same clothes on for a week and it probably would be longer but we come and shower her change the linen on her bed I thought the CNA was suppose to assist her. I ask why haven't my mother had a shower they give the same answer she refused. I tell them don't ask her do she want a shower just say Ms. Young it's time for your shower if I don't see any improvement I'm gonna take her out of there we were promised excellent service but they're not living up to their 5 star's tried calling to speak with the administrator they kept saying she's in a meeting I I guess that meeting lasted for 8 hours because I never did talk to her. You can't possibly tell me if you're checking on residents like you're suppose to the smell from my mother's room would hit you in your face. That's how I I know nobody is checking on her.
