I have worked in geriatric SNFs in admiration for almost 30 years. I was admitted to this facility twice with my prognosis poor. Both times I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate, loving and skilled staff that was at this facility. Everyone from the Administrator to housekeeping supervisor came in upon admitting to evaluate my personal needs. The CNAs and nursing staff were beyond reproach. It was difficult being a resident instead of administration but they made it not just bearable but a wonderful experience. And for someone that was “actively dying and needs to be in hospice” as my husband and myself were told by physicians at RH I’m still here and active 5 years later. I owe this to God first then the staff at this facility and my determination that they encouraged.
