a very bad habit of badgering patients not to let them use their own Pharmacy & force use their own in-house Pharmacy. (This includes the in-house Dr.).they said:" I'm tired of this BS. People sayin were forcin 'em" to use our pharmacy" so they videoed me signing the stuff ,and, I even said "under duress...medchoice delivers. Plus they sent me home w/too many meds. So now (after 3 years) I have a $350.00 bill because the insurance wouldn't pay.(for same said reason). Major bowel function...they ALWAYS came after a meal for P./THERAPY...no matter what.

I was referred by a friend who "raved" about the great care and services her mother received during her rehabilitation stay. I admitted my father for rehab and I must say the care was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I would highly recommend Beacon Hill and will return again if services are needed.

Head nurse in January and February of 2017 VERY unprofessional in front of witness (Beacon Hill employee). by the time I started getting menus for meals (after about 10 days)I was only there for another three days. Most of the Staff acted like customers were a bother. One assistant even made a remark "we need to set him up for a burn". Even a whisper @ wheelchair level fro 3-4 ft. away is RUDE & conduct unbecoming. Believe it or not I was told in advance two years prior she (head nurse/heavyset black woman) was going to pull that little stunt.Michael james Anthony(known assoc. of dr. Dan mccaig..1/2015. I am sorry but this is the truth and it needs to be reported. they need to be held accountable...R

Beacon Hill provides great customer service and care. Staff is eager and willing to assist. Would highly recommend.

Most of the staff is pleasant, although they are usually in a hurry but this isn't unusual in an assisted-care facility. There is one nurse who is a head nurse and is very unpleasant though and talks to Residents like they are disobedient little children. She told the family member that I have up there the other day at 8 to go to bed and when she told her was that really you told her just get in the bed and more or less pushed her back in her bed and turned off the lights.

I found out they call it Beacon Kill all over the Sherman/Denison area after I subjected my poor father to this horrible facility! Don’t place anyone you care about here! You will regret it. I’m just glad we got dad out before they killed him. The Director of the facility is a cold hearted woman that needs to get out of this line of work.

I wish I could give it negative zero stars!!!! They almost killed my dad!!!!! If your loved one doesn’t have their mind & a cell phone then they are as good as dead! BEWARE!
