This facility is actually less than a one star it's a zero star facility. My mother was hospitalized with the flu and sent to this facility for rehab. The staff do not understand disease processes and when to contact the physician. My mother developed a fever of 101.1 and the nurse who was on duty that am continued to do his medication pass rather than call the doctor when he was notified of the fever. He allowed my mother to lay in her bed refusing food, fluids, and critically ill. He phoned the physician one hour after the fever was reported to him. The nurse also did not call family to alert us of the significant change in my mother's condition. My mother was septic, she was hospitalized and died to the cascade of events from the sepsis. My Mom's goal was not to go to a rehab facility, be rehopsitalized, and die. Her goal was to go home and watch her grandchildren graduate. So if you like subpar care, by all means take your family here. Again, they don't even deserve a one star.
