If I could give Bridgepoint zero stars I would do that.i went there for post surgery rehab. They were nice until my friend who transported me there left, then basically left me alone with the door closed. I had to ask for a call light. Staff were terrible. I didn't stay 24 hrs. The place was dirty, food inedible. Worst physical experience of my life

In my opinion this is not a safe place due to the care of my mother

They gave my mother stage 4 bedsores due to the neglect this is a warehouse ran by a cooparation genesis that is killing our elderly to send a family member to this place is a death sentence in a dungeon with torture chambers ran by saddist care does not exist only pain

My mom is paralyzed and due to neglect she has stage four bedsores and just had. Surgical cleaning and scrapping to determine if they need to amputate her foot

I loved bridge point even when they was understaffed would love for them to change pet size to medium size dogs
