Some staff VERY friendly and helpful! Appreciate these people VERY MUCH! But if you want your loved ones to die- it is the best place, they are professionals in comfort care… Nurse practitioner does not want to take any responsibilities, so upset about it… Liver drain was not flashed at all during 13 days here until I asked the NP after talking with infection disease doc who said it supposed to be flashed ideally every 8 hours. Please guys be professionals and treat these elderlies as your own parents and you will be blessed

Worse place ever! My mother was there back in November. Was there about a month. She had terminal cancer she lost her memory therefore she was not able to ask for pain meds nor food or anything. Nurses expected her to ask for meds for them to giver her some. My mom had severed stomach pain. They would go up to more than 12 hours with out giving her her meds. One time my sister went to visit her around 10 am and she found her with dry vomit all over her :’( it hurts so much just looking at the pictures my sister took. One of the nurses there told my sister that they were not train properly to care for a person like my mother. My mother passed on November 21, 2020 I wish I would of taken her somewhere else where she would of got the care that she needed. :’( this place is horrible you could here patients screaming for help and the nurses will just be chatting and laughing with their coworkers.
