I would rate this place 0 stars if it were an option. My boyfriend was here from feb 2017 until the end of November 2017 and during the first four months of his stay the administration and Care was perfect, then everything changed once the director of nursing left. The new D.O.N ended up firing current stuff and hiring all new nursing and CNA fresh out of school. My boyfriends mom and I were there every single day throughout the course of his stay and had a number of complaints, but Was repeatedly told They would work things out to give them time, but nothing was ever done and it only got worse. Only to find out the truth once we left from old staff members that were fired or quit. they started skipping necessary med passes (seizure medications, anti-psychotics..), bringing unauthorized visitors behind the nurses' station in sight of all of the HIPAA violations, and sleeping with boyfriends inside of empty patient rooms... At 2:30am, when there's no administration in sight, these nurses thought they could do anything..an old coworker there told me that their administrator decided to set up a hidden camera, after multiple CNAs reported incidences. the Meds were recorded as given, but being dumped in purses or bags to take home. Nurses were sleeping during these Q2, Q4 passes & neglecting the patients. Sometimes they would go missing for the entire shift, only to be dropped off around 5am, as they rushed to finish their charting and edit the time stamps. Do not take your loved ones here!
