The Citadel Assisted Living

THEY HAVE A BREAKOUT OF COVID IN INDEPENDENT LIVING OF OVER 20 PEOPLE. All were exposed by 1 resident who is Active With Covid and in All Activities there Plus Coughed on everywhere she went and said it was allergies. Now there is a Quarantine BUT they Refuse to Report it to the State.

If u r planning to put ur loved one in here, prepare to b disappointed. They dont care about the residence, once they have them there and are collecting the big bucks from them! Not enuf techs, they dont care, that might cost the big wigs in this place some money. The cook, cant cook, the waiters n waitresses r slow n dont get orders right. Food comes out cold. The techs loose the prescriptions from the drs. They dont bring meds at correct time, it's an awful place.

This is by far one of the worse places. I have ever encounter. And the seniors there are completely rude. And very insolent. Citadel is completely out of control my poor mother has a heart condition. And she had no peace or rest. Some of the seniors had their tv full blast so very rude and out of control. This place is the worst of the worst

Very unhappy with this place! The wellness director doesn't call back when there is a problem! She ignores her msg's. A wk later she still hasn't called back. They don't call dr when one is needed. Don't give medicine like they r suppose to. Mom is blind, they treat her awful. Don't bring her food when it suppose to b there. Then it's cold n they yell at her if she wants it warmed up. Expect her to it it cold n drink cold coffee. They lie about time when they r bringing meds at wrong time. Say it's 8 when it's 9. Heated her coffee so hot, n being blind, could of burned her, she could not drink it, so she got yelled at. I am going to the board, that place has bad help, cheap as they can get! They r not nice. So many things wrong with this place! Take several me all day to finish this review. I would never recommend this place. Not worth the money! Management is no better than the help.
