Please use another facility. They have minimal staff to help patients. They do not have adequate food service for different needs. We were not allowed in during COVID and my mother starved to death. I do not mean this figuratively, I mean it literally. Sometime during COVID my mother ate less and less. I am not sure of why or when. But when we were allowed to see my Mom outside last August I could not believe how much weight she lost. We met with them over and over to try to implement a food plan. Everytime we walked away thinking changes would be made and she would be taken care of and each time they never followed through. They let us in for “compassionate visits” and I was able to feed my Mom soup I bought or made. But this was not enough to sustain her and they did not help us ensure that she ate. My mother died less than 97 lbs. it was heartbreaking and I will never forgive them.

Absolutely horrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Handled covid protocols poorly and treat their clients like prisoners. The food is abhorrent, the staff is rude, abrasive and treat you with no dignity whatsoever. Had a relative there for 2 months and they describe it as a living hell. Staff and administration ignore both the client and families requests or suggestions. The only good thing about this place is one occupational therapist. Do yourself or loved one a favor and look elsewhere.
