Colonial Heights Health Care and Rehabilitation Center

I would NOT recommend this facility at all. Almost every time we've called we've been put on hold for over 15 minutes or more to only find out nothing. When we do speak to someone they tell us that someone will call us back to let us know more about how our mother is doing, because we can't see her because of COVID and that NEVER happens. We were told that we would be allow to speak to her and have facetimes with her and we've had neither! It's really sad. She probably thinks we've forgotten about her. So disappointed in this place and I can't wait to get her out! Choose a different place for your loved ones!

Nurse staffing not perfect I had my mother there for about one year my mother walked into the door and now she's in a wheelchair Rehabilitation they don't care about the patients it's just a poor environment I do not recommend anyone to take a loved one's there my mother was left in a bed with blood for 12 hours no nurse CNA and no one changed her bedding housekeeping poor they clean what you see they do not go under the beds around the window seals bathroom just a poor environment for housekeeping they do not take patient out on no kind of bus outing if you don't come and get your loved ones your loved ones do not see the outdoors that is my experience with Colonial Heights Rehabilitation Center. I cannot give this place any type of rating and I do not recommend this place

If you love yourself or your loved one...ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE! This place and 90% of their staff are incompetent, lack compassion, extremely negligent and just downright terrible. If you choose to come...start making funeral arrangements because if you are not diligent, observant or your own advocate, its where you'll end up. Don't fall for the brochure or Management presentation. Its not like what they say. * 10 % percent of the staff did show some concern which included CNA's, LPN's and Aides. Not worth risking you or your loved ones health.
