Comfort Keepers

I am write a review to let people know that I have the best care giver and her name is Ronda Thompson. She is a very hard worker and is so reliable which that is the things I love about her. She would do anything for anyone. I don't know how much she makes but I believe she deserves a raise. I can not tell you how much she has helped me since I have had her helping me. She does everything I ask of her and then more. She stays safe for all her clients all the time through out this Covid scare. Thank you comfort keepers for sending her to me to help me. We are always having to go over to our loved ones home to make sure the girls show up and that they do their work or also to do the work that they should have done. The worst employee we have reported several times and we are shocked that she is even on the payroll anymore. All she did was sit on her butt and talk, read the paper, and knit. She also did not report a fall to us or her employer. We made out a list so there are no questions about what they are expected to do and the duties fall under their light house keeping duties. But they still don't get done! If we say anything, half give us attitude and Director doesn't seem to care if girls work or not or aren't responsible as long as company makes $.
