Was not happy with this company. I called after Mom was in Hospice for 6 months and they did not know I existed. . The whole family was not included in getting questions answered when beginning Hospice and Mom was taken off some meds that would have made the next several weeks much more bearable for her. After Mom passed, the Hospice representative called the funeral home who came so fast that we didn’t feel we had enough time with her before they took her. Since Mom passed, we have had no contact from the nurse, no sympathy call or card. The nursing care was good otherwise. Sadly disappointed in what was the last days with our dear Mother.
