my mother didn’t get a shower for 11 days. her roomate, also. this place needs to be reported to the mayor, governor, BBB, whomever!

We would like to thank the amazing staff at Crestwood Manor for the care and compassion you showed our dad and family in the last few weeks. Kathleen at the CCRC was wonderful to work with during Dad's preliminary plans to move into the independent living facility, which is beautiful. As it became evident that Dad would require the services of the health center, Kathleen continued to visit Dad and touch base with our family. The amazing staff at the health center, particularly Mary and Janeen, could not have been more kind and loving. They treated our dad was respect and dignity in his final days. Our family was kept informed and supported us in all decisions. We can never thank everyone at Crestwood Manor enough for all that they did for us. You have our unending gratitude and we would highly recommend your facility.
