Elms Haven Center

My mom was at elms haven for 2 years and she did get decent care however after passing, the staff from the social service coordinator to the administrator director was horrible experience i was promised calls back, everyone knew all i wanted was pictures my mom had at the home and no calls back and no pictures, very disrespectful and inconsiderate do not let you loved on take any personal items to this home.

Elms Haven is a horrible facility in Thornton Colorado absolutely do not let your loved ones stay here I am a resident they are currently discharging me because I filed a complaint with Tricare I was given the wrong medication they are always understaffed the food is atrocious cold when it does come what they tell you is going to be on the menu is never what you receive administrative services cares nothing about the residents it's all about the money they're making they're bleeding Medicaid and Medicare if you have stayed here report them to the state immediately I'm being discharged into the streets I don't know if they're going to give me a ride home or a voucher for a motel because I have nowhere to go I lost my home they are upset because I filed a complaint through Tricare I can only pray that Tricare removes them from there in network facilities do not stay here do not let your loved ones stay here

Difficult to get hold of anybody. Left many messages while my brother was a patient and never got a return call. Called to speak to my brother and phone just rang at nurses desk. I hung up after 12 rings!
