I visited my girlfriends grandfather here and the younger ladies who work here are very kind and helpful however, the older staff seems to be very irritated and annoyed when the patients or yourself need any assistance. One of the older nurses had to help her grandfather out the bathroom and was very irritable and making a fuss over it. She was throwing towels around and aggressively closing doors. The older staff who takes care of patients need an attitude adjustment. They are very unprofessional and are lucky to work in such a place. If they don’t like it, they should quit and go work at a retail store because taking care of elders are clearly not the right fit for them.
