Gateway Vista

My wife was here for a short time for rehab and I wouldgive a grade if F she never got her meds on a timely manner. I went to get her personal items and her phone was missing then I told them someone stold it then and suddenly it appeared so I dont recommend this place for your Love ones

The nurses and CNA's in the LTC and Skilled rehab floors were great. There simply are not enough of them to care for the number of patients most of the time. The communication between management and family is really lacking and there is very little notice before meetings are held. They could really benefit by taking more of a team approach to working with the family, especially the members that are very involved. Instead it feels like they shut you out.

I highly recommend a rehab stay at Gateway Vista. I give Gateway Vista 5 stars... I did tour and visit with friends prior to my decision, all good feedback. Very satisfied with all services. It was the right choice for me. I have a couple more orthopedic procedures coming and I will return to Gateway Vista.

The care and services were exceptional. Transportation staff were very respectful and share good conversation during rides.

My stay at Gateway Vista was very good. I had excellent nursing care and overall staff provided good cares. Therapy provided good treatment to meet my needs. And the therapy equipment is top notch! The food selections are excellent choices for my diet needs. Laundry services were very good and good quality care to my clothing items.

Everyone at Gateway is friendly and helpful. I often feel the staff going above and beyond to meet my care needs. The food is good. The therapy staff is patient which inspired me to try harder and be more confident. The facility is very clean and well kept. I would 100% recommend others to stay at Gateway Vista. I have previously been at other facilities and none compare to the excellent of quality services at Gateway Vista.

The staff is very responsive. Any questions I asked were answered. The staff kept my room room and bathroom very clean and taken care of. The food is fabulous!! You can trust being here to get better...

I didn’t have previous knowledge of Gateway Vista short stay rehab services. But when offered during hospital stay, I decided to select Gateway based on positive comments of others. As I’m discharging home, I’ve had an excellent experience with therapy services, everyone did a great job of explaining information to me, and providing helpful or productive cares. The private suites are spacious, accommodations are well-designed to meet care needs.

I was impressed when entering the door: clean, no odor, quiet, overall a well kept-up facility. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The culinary staff did very good finding foods I was able to eat.

The staff, the food, and the therapy group have given me a new perspective of life and self-confidence. I think the facility has positively impacted my overall health and lifestyle choices. I feel comfortable about transitioning home!

All staff make you feel like this is "home away from home". Everyone took a real interest in providing personalized care. Food was very good! Therapists are very knowledgeable and compassionate.

My dad has been at Gateway Vista Rehab for three weeks receiving physical and cognitive therapy in the wake of a severe medication reaction and has received nothing less than stellar care and service. I have interacted with the staff there as well and have been very impressed with their professionalism. In addition, I worked closely with multiple members of their administrative team to oversee Dad's progress and develop a discharge strategy. Of note were Tammy, Laura, and ESPECIALLY Ivy who totally saved the day when I was trying to deal with a particularly sensitive situation with my whole family. Her assistance was beyond invaluable. A big "thank you" to the entire staff at Gateway for making my dad's stay there a positive one.

A well managed facility with a home-like feeling. A therapy department that collaborates with patients to acheive successful daily tasks. A staff that makes you feel welcome and delivers professionalism in all services.

The care here is second to none, the staff is second to none, everything you set to do as goals they help you get there. Knowledgeable people here. So much care from everyone in the building. Welcome you like family. I can’t say anything less than it is one of the best in Lincoln area.
