The worst! Do not use if you want competent professional care for your loved one. Aids do not show up and the visits are not made up. You are brushed off and all kinds of excuses are made.

I would give this agency zero stars if I could. First of all, when she called to set the initial appointment we thought it was a wrong number! She didn’t introduce herself or the name of the agency. I would never fault someone for having a strong accent, but she was nearly impossible to understand and it would have been helpful to infer what was going on if she had introduced herself properly. Finally, when she called a second time I realized what it was in regards to. They sent an extremely rude and unprofessional nurse to my home. When I called to ask for a different nurse, the person who answered was full of excuses and justifications. She did not apologize for our bad experience. She even claimed that I should go by their Medicare rating rather than Google reviews, stating that the reviewers could be “jealous.” I’m truly not sure what that means, but I take the experience of people who actually received care more seriously than a government agency who is merely giving a rating based on meeting a set of marginal qualifications. Beware of this agency.
