Please do not put your loved one in the Good Samaritan Ambassador TCU Unit. My mom got hurt by one of the aides. They investigated with the MN Health Dept. and found her injury was inconclusive to her being there. My mother had injury to her shoulder, 3 trips to the Orthopedic Dr., and a 2 day stay in the hospital in extreme pain in her shoulder, all due to the injury she sustained at the Good Samaritan Ambassador TCU. The Good Samaritan Ambassador quickly closed her case and tried to hide everything possible. It is time for our Seniors to be safe and these places to pay attention to what is going on. She actually got worse staying there and now has a new arm injury because of an aide not doing her job correctly. She does not have the mobility in that arm like she use to before she went to Good Samaritan Ambassador. She has gone through a lot of pain and suffering because of neglect of an aide to do the proper procedure to help her out of bed. So glad she is back home and getting the right help to get her better. I did not even want to give them 1 star. They do not deserve any stars.

My husband was her over the summer for Rehabilitation, and he liked it. He doesn't like the Nursing home life at all. He was treated great by the staff and he loved his nursing assistant, she always made sure he got shaved and showered on her PM shift and weekends.
