Grace Pointe Living

Grace Pointe is a beautiful neighborhood for 55+ in the Oklahoma City Metro. They have seven different water features, two clubhouses and three safe rooms. While visiting there several residents raved about the community and staff, one having lived there for over 10 years. Highly recommend

Grace Pointe is unlike most 55+ communities. It has a neighborhood atmosphere with cottage homes, ponds, fountains and more. If you are just looking to downsize, eliminate home maintenance, live in a gated and age restricted neighborhood and take advantage of many amenities, Grace Pointe is the place for you.

I have lived at Grace Pointe Living for over a year and am moving in Sept.The rents have increased more than $100. more per month.The grounds are neglected and in many areas grass has died.I had to pay $1800.for a little fence which stays with them ,My flooring has buckled as it was not installed properly.I love my neighbors,but I do not recommend Living here.
