Excellent Food and some CNAs go over and beyond for my mom.

This is a very nice facility inside and out. The food and therapy service was great. We just had a bad experience with one of their nurses which we think has lack of experience or maybe she just doesn't know what she's doing. Her name is Rheza C, forgot the last name but couldn't forget that first name cos she was very unorganized and presented herself like she was unsure of what she was doing. I would count on her. Maybe she was upset or was having personal issues but then she shouldn't work there if she has that attitude. Good thing we heard she's not a permanent staff. Otherwise, the other staff were excellent except for that one. I hope my mom will never have a nurse like her. We want our mom to get the best care from people who knows what they do. This is a very nice place they should hire competent people permanent or not.
