Horrible customer service from office. The office never seems to listen to your concerns. I’ve had them coming out once a week for over one year and have had it. I’ve asked for the same nurse and time and when I get her everything is perfect then they change it up without a call and I’m waiting around for hours without an explanation. I really don’t blame the nurses just the inconsiderate office staff.
