Heather Hill Care Communities

Not enough workers, the place is dirty and the food not good. the workers they do have don't care and hardly work. We had to change the bedding several times. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE HERE.

I've never in my life been anywhere this Poisonous. Left all the time in my own waste sometimes for hours,food is terrible, workers make it horrible with bringing their outside turmoil lives in the building and lack of care given to us residents, therapy used to be great but they also don't go out of their way to help you get better,the building is filthy due to you can hardly find a housekeeper or one that will do their job halfway, management is the biggest joke of all due to the fact all they care about is money, what we pay to stay there and the treatment given in would love to know where the money goes..

Heather Hill is a wonderful place. My father is a current patient. You walk in the front door and greeted by a friendly smile. As you walk down the hall passing staff they all smile and say hello. The nurses, aides all very helpful and nice. My dad has no complaints and he can be difficult at times. He wasn’t happy with the food but the nurse called the kitchen and alternatives. Then a lady came from the kitchen and went over menu with us and gave him multiple options to choose from. The therapy department is wonderful. The social worker is very sweet and funny. The entire place has been wonderful. I can’t say enough good things.

Beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing. The facility is large and clean, looks like they are updating the inside. It’s an older building but still nice. You can tell the staff enjoys their job. All have been pleasant, kind and really caring to the patients. The therapy department are amazing. If I had to find something that was not a plus maybe the telephone system. Can be difficult to get anyone but I guess that means they are working and not just sitting around at the desk.
