Do not use this company. My 90 year old mother was sent home from the hospital St Mary’s of Ozaukee after hip surgery. I was told by the doctor that her catheter needed to be removed on Saturday. I also received a telephone call from Horizon that they would be removing the catheter on Saturday and starting PT which is necessary because she just had hipSurgery. Well without any phone callOr notice they never showed. When we called on Saturday we were told we would have to wait until Monday. When we called on Sunday to confirm about Monday, we were told that now she would have to wait until Tuesday. I spoke to a very rude and uncaring woman named Sheryl. Sheryl told me that the reason for the change was because of the doctor’s orders. When I asked for the name of the doctor and for her to send me via email or text proof of this change of the doctor’s orders since we are dealing with a 90 year old who was beginning to show signs that a UTI was developing. Sheryl refused to provide me with the name of the doctor or the documentation that showed a sudden change in the doctor’s orders. Be very wary of Sheryl as she is a liar. The actions of this Company is egregious and I will be contacting and reporting themTo the state of Wisconsin and whoever else that this is an untrustworthy company.
