If I could give this company no stars I would. I had a hip replacement surgery. My knee started swelling & I told nurse the next time she stopped by. She seemed unconcerned & said it was normal. Then swelling went to my calf & called the office. Nurse stopped by & nothing was done. This whole situation rocked on for about 4 days meanwhile swelling had progressed to my foot.They must have notified my ortho cause a doppler ultrasound was ordered. Then a had a rash and itching on the swollen leg around ankle and lower leg. I was miserable and could not sleep due to itching. I notified them. Again days go by and I was just blown off. I'm not quiet sure what the point of having a nurse is with their company. The only thing they appear to be able to do is review meds and check vitals.Here I am unable to drive and I am totally at the mercy of this company to take care of my health issues.I will NEVER use this company again. They are not concerned with their patients. Issues are not handled in a timely manner.
