Great facility! My family and I are very grateful for everything they have done to help my mom. They can be understaffed sometimes but the staff that shows are very hard workers. The cna Yusvi was very kind and lovely to my mom. The DON Jennifer did everything to make sure my mom had a great time. I would highly recommend this place for your love ones.

Horrible place won't respond to patients calling out for help!!! Will not even answer the phone when family members call because patient calls them needing help and can't get it. Do not send love one there!!!!

At the beginning of my mom's stay, the service was questionable. My mom indicated that the staff would holler at her; the nursing staff told her to "pee" in her pamper when she asked to go to the bathroom or to be changed; slow to answer to call light request. My mom is 90 years old and the staff assumed that - she was hard of hearing and wore a pamper before going to the facility. The staff should take a moment to know their patients. My mom was fully functional, living by herself, cooking, driving and NOT wearing a diaper. Unfortunately, COVID and pneumonia hit her and made her weak. After talking to Jennifer the Chief Nursing officer and voicing my concerns and told her let's nip this in the bud before it goes any further. We no longer had any issues with the nursing or any staff, as a matter of fact it got better. Hats off to Sherrie the nurse (during the day) and Terra the aid (in the evening). They provided great service to my mom. Families, once your love one has been put in a hospital or a SNF/Rehab facility, please follow up with the nurses and administration about your love ones care! Let them know any issues/concerns immediately. They can't fix it if they do not know about it. And you have to let them know that your love one is NOT ALONE. Regardless of their clinical situation, let the staff know that YOU care and expect them to treat your love one with care and respect.

Facility is clean and no strong odors. Rooms are nice size Food isn't 5 star but it is decent. Staff is wonderful. BUT: Not enough staff. My relative waits and waits for diaper change. Average wait time 2 hrs except at night. Then it is 6 to 8 hours. Meds run 1 -2 hrs late because wore out med nurse is changing diapers And giving out meds. Because not enough CNA'S. The poor CNA's are exhausted and severely overworked. I guess hiring enough staff would severely impact the greed of the FOR PROFIT owner. Much more important than the health and comfort of the patients.
