Locust Ridge Nursing Home

i was a resident there. the staff talked on their cell phones. ignoring the patients. I watched many bad things happen.it was a nightmare, that I cannot forget. A woman died because she was denied her medication. Another woman had seizures, she told the staff that she was not feeling well, the staff ignored her. There is more. it was bad.

my grandpa was a resident at locust ridge. temporarily. When the family wanted to bring him home, your company said, "It against good medical advice" and "It is against medical orders."Medicare was no longer able to pay for his stay. We had to bring him home, we could not afford this. Your company assured us that he could stay "free of charge". So, we agreed.Then 2 months later, The company came back and said, "How are you going to pay for this? Cash,check or charge? you owe $10,000!?" Don't fall for this scam company.

My Grand father was a patient at your Sunrise facility. The place was very under staffed. He had difficulty going to the bathroom alone. He had to suffer through many bowel movement obstructions. And very many urinary tract infections.Luckily, he has not been exposed to Covid-19. At least, not yet.Our family is expecting to move him very soon, into a more capable, more better staffed, facility, very soon.Angela
