we have been volunteering for 5 years. we observe staff spending a lot of time with the residents and trying to meet their needs. the activities department is very involved with the residents with all their scheduled activities. Ms. Bridget and Ms. Lisa are very caring people and residents think the world of them.

I’m am so disappointed my husband is here for rehab he fractured his hip. Hip doing good but he had bad bed sores on his feet and they can’t get them to heal . He is a diabetic and they feed him orange juice witch is bad for diabetic Vanilla honey buns cinnamon rolls French toast with syrup punched fruit none of it sugar-free never going to get well with doing this taking them over 4 hours to change his dipper . Not to mention his room it’s not been cleaning in 2 half weeks that he’s been there

My Dad came home from this monstrosity with knots all over his head. He was suppose to go in for rehad then the pandemic started last year and we couldn't visit him for the whole 28 days. He told us he tried to tell them he wanted to call his wife and they wouldn't let him. We tried to call to check on him and our calls were ignored or we were told he was doing great. In hindsight we should have pulled him out of there but we trusted them .Itstaken me a year to get over this. He died 5 days after coming home. The guilt I feel is immeasurable. Never send a loved one here. Ever!! My Dad was abused. This place should be shut down!
