Mother has scabies and not even being treated for it properly they leave her sitting in her feces for more than three hours they haven't showered her for more than four days and that's happened these about happen multiple times they broke her TV and gave her a smaller TV one that is way less of value they lost her toothbrush which was a battery operated one for $40 and not replaced it one of their office ladies ordered shoes through their magazine did not return them to get the correct size missed the return date and Now is offering to pay out of her pocket without reporting it and all their staff has nothing but excuses and wants to put their own diagnosis on what you should do or what you think you should do with your mother and their disability I'm livid I do not recommend this place I'm pulling my mother out of a nursing home and everything that happened with The Scabies which we are dealing with right now they have have not even checked all the other prior residence supposedly there's somebody on the third floor that has it her neighbor across the hall has that she has it and they have not checked or quarantined anybody and they have not send anybody else to see the proper doctor or gave him the proper antibiotic very unsanitary and anybody knows about scabies is highly contagious just ridiculous who wants to hear that their mother has parasites on her body. When you read about scabies being in a nursing home is because they're being unsanitary and because they're not changing them properly or cleaning them properly that's enough for me to say I've had enough

My father went into ManorCare Bethel Park in late August, after a long stint in the ICU unable to walk or eat. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this place. My dad wanted to get home to his family, and the nurses, aids, physical, occupational, and speech therapists all were tremendous. His doctors thought it would be months until he was home and back eating, and my Dad left ManorCare after exactly 3 weeks thanks to all of the great staff here. Thank you all for helping us bring my Dad home. He is now able to go to his son’s wedding that we thought was an impossible feet.
