All these beautiful pictures are a remodeled wing but not the wing your patient will be probably be in. I had a TBI patient in this facility. My patient had a seizure on the second day of arrival we requested and waited to speak to a doctor this never happened. Family witnessed fecal matter on the floor that we had to request to be cleaned and we also witnessed a nurse belittling and speaking ill to a nonverbal patient. Ask what their behavioral plan consist off and asked to see the 400 hall. If they feel your patient is miss behaving they will lock them up in this hall and they do not explain that there are limited privileges in that hallway. And nor do they have to give you a timeframe of releasing them from that hallway. And if they do good luck at them honoring it. One night our patient called us and reported to us that they had passed out I spoke to a nurse on that night which the facility denied happening. I also caught them with our patient whom is a fall risk in a shower room alone unsupervised and locked in. The final straw they called one night after giving our patient someone else’s medication. When I asked how that would interact with the current medication that she is on the nurse replied the doctor didn’t think it was a big deal! They have been reported to the State they do not follow protocol or procedures! If you send your patient or loved one to this facility be prepared to watch them like Hawks. If your loved one complains to you.. you have two ears for reason listen. Investigate and really look at where your patient is at and how that person is being treated. This is not the place, look for other options. I do know and realize other hospitals may refer you here please investigate others!

This may be the only way I’m going to get a response from these people. My husband was a patient here earlier in July...when he went home....he was missing one pair of jeans...which were “lost”...he had to go back there a few days ago and already he has lost another pair of jeans and a shirt that are “missing” from the laundry..Even more disturbing is money has been stolen out of his wallet from his dresser. I have alerted the staff in voice mails but as yet have not heard anything back.
