I needed short term help. It seemed Mercy did not care, as they wanted me to do all the work in setting up assistance. First they questioned the surgeon's order, then they questioned the fax number, then they expected me to keep calling the surgeon's office. I was left a voicemail with no information and never got a call back after I returned the call. I am not impressed with the indifference and laziness that was shown by Mercy. They gave me the distinct impression they did not care whether I got help or not. I will not refer this service to anyone based on the combative yet condescending attitude
