Moultrie Oaks

Hello, Seniors. I've resided in Moultrie Oaks Senior's Manufactured Home Community since 2010 -- and I'm fortunate and grateful to have been here long-term, to the present. I simply cannot say enough for the ownership/management family at Moultrie Oaks. This community is nothing short of wonderful, all around-- and the MANAGEMENT, above all, it the reason it's been such a privilege to live here. Our lot fees and annual increases are, and have been, more than fair-- this, mainly in consideration for our status as seniors. The property is immaculate, loaded with canopy trees, and only one block from major shopping outlets, banks, post office services, etc. -- i.e., Location, Location, Location. Beautiful pool, loaded clubhouse, dog run with gazebo, etc. -- and as a bonus, a respectful, responsible and responsive maintenance crew. More than anything, perhaps-- the best management anywhere; Diligent but flexible and responsive; responsible, but considerate and supportive -- and above all, a genuine "presence" -- willing & able to respond to resident's needs five days per week, 9 a.m. by 5 p.m. .I did my "homework" back in 2010, reviewing other senior's communities in St. John's County before settling here. Nothing compared to what Moultrie Oaks had to offer-- location, homes, property, fees, management and otherwise. Trust a ten-year resident: Ain't Nothin' Like The Real Thing, folks.
