My mother was at New Mark for almost a month. The staff witch include the nurses, the D.O.N. REHAB DIRECTOR, and Social worker were verbally abusive twords her. I had a zoom meeting with the staff to talk about the problems my mother is having with the staff. I will say the staff lies for each other, and everything is a misunderstanding. A polite way of calling my mother a liar. They did not give decent care, showed no empathy, or patience. I will say every time I spoke to the social worker she did not have my mothers best interest or health care as a priority, neither did the others I mentioned. My mother was not given good care. She did not choose New Mark, the hospital sent her there. Please be aware, looks and staff can be deceiving.
