I was sent here for rehab after major abdominal surgery. From the first day, I was leery. I was placed in a room with another patient. My bed was probably from the 70's, as it had no side rails. That is never good if you are a fall risk. I never even got to do any rehab. I was having severe abdominal pain my second day, and pushed the call button. There was no response for close to an hour. I ended up in the ER at Southwest, thanks to my roommate calling 911. The night nurse told EMS I was fine and was over exaggerating the pain. EMS gave me an option of staying or going to hospital. Obviously, I chose the hospital. The ER doctors discovered that I had a bad abdominal infection. Needless to say, I was admitted. My stay lasted 6 days before I was released to go home. I am thankful I did not have to go back there.

Literally a great company to work for, as long as your friends and or family with HR and doing other people job for them they love you. You have no help when you need it and the ADON literally with lie on you if she mess something up to get you fired. You have STNA’s doing wound care and the ADON who is the wound nurse letting her do it.....when state is called they literally inform you to lie or your fired Nursing staff has no clue what to do during a code when they should or shouldn’t do CPR....great place to work????

Nurses and Nurse Practioner are clueless. Dont put your loved one in this horrific place. Our loved one almost died because they couldn't even treat a bladder infection, and instead damaged his kidney...and he ended up in ICU. He was dehydrated because he couldn't pick up his drink or they didn't even give him drinks, even on powerful antibiotics, they dont know he needed lots of fluids. Some of the nurses are very rude and uncaring. Stay away from here if you care about your loved one!!!!!!
