Employs a woman that has publicly, openly used racial slurs! after alerting the company, they continue to issue the same stake statement that they don't condone this behavior, and that there is an investigation. Then they proceed to hide and sweep this issue under the rug by deleting the reviews here made by concerned citizens. Why would you protect this racist?? Don't your clients safety and comfort matter to you? Tonya Bazany is not fit to care for people of color! She is racist and can't be trusted with your loved ones. This company obviously doesn't care enough to do what's right either! Shame on Nye Point! I had hoped you would protect your patients! Not the racist!

Undependable staff, the facility was unable to get my mother transported to her Dr appt on time. On two occasions she was not given her medication and they didn't feed her breakfast. Their standard reply is "Sorry contact us please" seems like they should be contacting me.
