UNBELIEVABLE!!My mother passed away today. No sooner than we leave the hospital then Oakbrook is calling us to pick up my mom's belongings. My mother's body is still in the hospital room.I understand their need for the bed but seriously, minutes after she passes away.I told them that I would be there shortly as I would be driving by on my way home.As we pull up to the nursing home, my mom's belongings are dumped on the ground in front of the door. (We have pics as proof.)I called the home and let them know my EXTREME disappointment. I had to ask for my mother's flowers that had been thrown away even though they knew I was coming.Now for the good stuff.When my mother was admitted to the hospital last night, it was the hospital that called us to let us know. Oakbrook never called!! That is until they needed my mom's bed.I am still questioning how my mother doing so well a week ago then passes away from the same thing she was getting better from.There are more items that caused this rating but for other reasons I am not posting them.
