The staff was always friendly when calling them however I don’t feel the appropriate amount of attention is given to each individual patient. My Mom was there ,as a rehab patient , over 4 weeks. She was still so weak when she got out we thought she would never walk again. However, after being home for less than 10 days ,she is moving about, with a walker of course, like nobody’s business. My sister in law works with her on the days PT doesn’t come. If they had worked with her like this at Osprey she could have gotten out sooner and be getting even stronger now. The place looks ok, the staff was pleasant , Mom didn’t complain about the food. I think they need more staff so that they can give more time and attention to their patients. If we needed it again I would try a different facility.

Osprey Point was a nice place for my mom to stay while recovering. The staff were professional and attentive. The food was great. I would recommend Osprey Point to the community.
