Zero rating will be better. The owner/caregiver is a sex maniac preying on women. He even got one woman pregnant in the Philippines. He abandoned and left her. He and his family did not give even financial assistance. He escaped and flew to Alaska. After 2 decades, he was found. After being threatened he gave $400 to the child who has Autism. It is not sufficient at all. That is why, the child was not able to receive proper treatment and schooling. He was sending his niece to a Dentistry school but is not supporting properly his child because he was ashamed of it being a special one. After 2 years of supporting, he avoided speaking to his child. His current relationship does not allow him to do so. The child now developed aggression and is becoming violent to people. He is now seeking help in a Mental Health institution. He is looking for his father. How can a caregiver be not compassionate to his own child? He is therefore not effective. Beware of this assisted living. Hypocrite and selfish people living in this place.
