I can't even give this nursing home a rating .I have filed 4 complaints against this nursing home for poor care neglect short staffing lack of communication with family concerning resident condition Administrator that don't care has no time to meet with you when there is a problem and if he dose meet with you he says the same thing were going to fix it but that never happens there is a no caring attitude about the staff they pass the buck when there's a problem and you can never get a straight answer from anyone they need to get a administrator that knows how to run a nursing home .

I’ve been a resident at this facility since Sept. 2020 and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. This facility is severely understaffed, especially on the weekends. 2 CNAs on duty for a shift with 140 residents. Wait time to have a resident changed was in excess of an hour. In addition, I have had several valuable possessions stolen from me on multiple occasions with no help from the administrator. 2 packages were stolen right under the camera. I’m surprised this facility is still operational. Look elsewhere if you care about the wellbeing of your loved ones.

I cannot stress enough what a poor service this place has provided for our loved one. At least they are taking care of his basic needs, but not in a caring manner at all. On several occasions he has been ill, fallen, or needed other help and has not gotten it in a timely manner, if at all, even when we bring it to the staff's attention. Once he was so sick that he didn't recognize or communicate with family. The staff wouldn't listen to us that something was wrong. Finally, after many hours they needed to rush him to the emergency room. Our loved one has had issues hanging up his phone, so on several occasions we have been hearing what is going on in the room, which is just shocking! The language they use towards our loved one...anger, foul and derogatory! One day our loved one fell and needed help. We could hear him calling out for help for so long that we drove to the facility and let the staff know he needed help! They said they were taking care of it. We went back out to the car, and he was still calling out for help. We thought that things would get better with a new administrator, but it hasn't. When we attempt to discuss any of the issues with the administrator, he tells his staff to tell us he is "in a meeting". If I could score this location lower than one star, I would.
